Annual Fund
With the start of our new fiscal year, July 1, 2009, we launch our 2009-2010 Annual Fund campaign. Monies generated will help subsidize our ministry efforts to provide:
- Basic necessities to homeless women and assistance to women reentering society after incarceration;
- Pastoral support to those coping with change and loss;
- Catholic education, sacramental preparation and faith formation;
- Tutoring services that reinforce children’s classroom learning and improve school performance;
- Adult GED training that can help individuals retain their jobs; and
- Comfort and peace to the sick, suffering, and dying.
The Ursuline Sisters’ Annual Fund campaign extends throughout our fiscal year, July 1 through June 30. Support of the Annual Fund helps subsidize most of the ministries in which our sisters engage. In addition, Annual Fund monies assist us with the living and health care costs of our retired and infirm sisters, those who have given 50, 60 and 70 years of service to the people of God.
This campaign allows supporters to donate when it is best for them, whether one time, quarterly or monthly.
