Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper

The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland has an immediate opening for a full-time Project Coordinator/Bookkeeper in our Mayfield Heights offices. Position involves a wide range of duties including the maintaining of certain general ledger accounts, coordinating government programs and fleet vehicles, preparing basic tax returns, and administering the organization’s credit card and cell phone programs. Advanced training in bookkeeping (Associate’s degree/Bookkeeper Certification or additional relevant coursework) preferred or high school diploma and experience working in an accounting environment preparing account reconciliations required.
