Technology Support Consultant

The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland are looking to hire a Technology Support Consultant to start in July 2023. This role is focused on teaching and supporting the Ursuline Sisters with everyday technology usage and providing technical support at monthly Community meetings.
The individual selected must:
~Be comfortable using technology and teaching older adults how to use Microsoft products, iPhones, iPads, PC computers and other software.
~Hold office hours every other week at our Pepper Pike location (Merici Crossings).
~ Travel on occasion (as needed) to Regina Health Center (Richfield) and Light of Hearts Villa
(Bedford) to assist Ursuline Sisters living at these locations.
~Have a demonstrated interest or experience (preferred) in working with older adults.
~Exhibit patience and adaptability when problem solving, be self-motivated and a clear communicator, be respectful of religious community practices and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
It is estimated that 32-48 hours of support is required monthly depending on sisters’ needs.
