Biography

Shortly after graduating from Beaumont School in 1961, Anne Marie joined the Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland, professing final vows in 1969. She spent more than 18 years in secondary education, at Villa Angela Academy (English and religion teacher; assistant principal, and principal) and at Beaumont School (teacher). She served 10 years as President of Ursuline College, and lent her expertise in service on local, regional and national educational Boards. Following her term at the college, Sister Anne Marie obtained certification in Spiritual Companioning and followed with assignments at Berakah, a renewal center in New Hampshire; The Center for Spiritual Development in Minnesota; Regina Health Center, and finally at Laurel Lake Retirement Community in Hudson, where she served 12 years as Director of Mission Integration. Now in residence at Merici Crossings, Sister Anne Marie serves the Ursuline Community in a variety of ways.
