Biography
(Formerly Sister Ruth Therese)
Sister Janet considers herself privileged to have taught for over 60 years at the elementary, secondary, and college levels, and to have loved each group of students at St. Ann’s, St. Mary Magdalene, Sacred Heart Academy, and Ursuline and Borromeo colleges. Outside of the classroom her life has been enriched by numerous opportunities to direct the sisters’ singing at congregational functions; to offer presentations on the subject of music as a bridge to contemplative prayer and, lastly, to become actively involved in the music ministry of my parish, St. Noel.
