Sister Kathleen Flannery

Biography

Sister Kathleen began her ministry experience by teaching primary grades at St. Clare School and St. Mary Magdalene School. During those years, she was also involved in religious education, sacramental preparation, RCIA and liturgy. These served as strong foundational pieces to continue ministry in parishes for the next 43 years at St. Noel Parish in Willoughby Hills, Holy Cross Parish (now Our Lady of the Lake) in Euclid, and Church of the Gesu in University Heights. For some of those years, she also served in the Diocese as one of the coordinators for RCIA in the Office for Worship.

Sister considers the privilege of ministering to children, families and adults of all ages among the richest blessings in her life as an Ursuline.
