The long life of Sister Eileen Mary Collins included service to countless individuals as a teacher, psychologist, speaker, and writer. Her 60 years of ministry were spent in the elementary schools of Holy Cross and St. Ann’s; at Villa Angela Academy; and at Ursuline College. Outside of the classroom, Sister Eileen Mary served as a psychologist and consultant; in congregational administration; and finally in volunteer work in the inner city and in jail ministry. Even in her final years, Sister called and wrote to her sisters at Regina Health Center and Light of Hearts Villa regularly.
